Return Policy

We do not have a return policy but we offer a 30 days free replacement policy if we have delivered a wrong design, or we have delivered a product which is not matching the size chart on our product page or not as per your ordered size, or the item gets delivered after the delivery period as mentioned in the product page.

If any of the above conditions is fulfilled we provide either free replacement or a full refund as per customer's choice. However, to avail of this policy the customer has to send the request within 30 days of placing the order.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We may also ask you to take a photograph of the product received by you and mail it to us at our support mail, in case there is a dispute on size, colour, or product design.

To initiate a replacement, you can contact us at support@geegamart.com. If your request is as per our policy and acceptable, we’ll send you a replacement.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept replacement/return on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges 
We do not offer any exchanges and only follow our replacement policy as stated above.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received a replacement request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
